I am a passionate and results-driven leadership consultant dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. As the founder of Forging Leadership, LLC, I am committed to shaping resilient, innovative, and purpose-driven leaders through expert consulting and training. My mission is to inspire growth, foster collaboration, and equip leaders with the tools and strategies to thrive in today’s dynamic and competitive environment.

With over 20 years of leadership and management experience, I bring a wealth of practical insights and strategic thinking to my work. My journey began in the military, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and resilience. This experience ignited my passion for guiding others on their own leadership paths.

Currently, I am a Doctoral Candidate specializing in Leadership. My academic pursuits are grounded in practical application and evidence-based strategies, aiming to address complex business challenges through innovative leadership solutions. My dedication to lifelong learning is evident in my academic achievements, including a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

As an adjunct professor, I am equally passionate about education and mentorship. I strive to cultivate a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, helping students develop critical thinking and leadership skills that prepare them for real-world challenges.
